Grace first fell in love with spinning in college when she was looking for a way to exercise that didn't actually feel like exercise and could hold her interest. Since then, she has continued to love it, seeking out opportunities to spin and to learn more about it in every city that she's lived in. She is known to count through a work effort when she hears a song she wants to spin to - no matter where she is! Grace has been teaching spin in and around Philly since 2019 and is excited to meet and become a part of the community at City Cycling!

Jess discovered her passion for teaching right here at City Cycling Inc. After falling in love with Maria’s studio, she became an instructor. Her drive comes from helping people at any fitness level achieve their goals while enjoying the music, atmosphere and serotonin boost our classes bring. Jess firmly believes in prioritizing health in both your mind and body. Get ready to jump, sprint, climb and sweat!

Meet instructor Latisha! Her journey as a spin instructor began when she joined a major gym in 2014. She met some great instructors there, which inspired her to become an instructor. She would travel from gym to gym every week, taking instructor-led classes to perfect the art of teaching. In addition to spinning, she received certifications in group fitness, bodywork, boot camp, agua, and kickboxing. She was so inspired that she decided to get her personal training certification.
Her goal as an instructor/trainer is to help people achieve their personal goals and get great results!

Grace has been an instructor for over three years, and she loves it! She started my fitness journey seven years ago when she quit smoking and wanted to make healthier life choices. She knew she could help others with their fitness journey, and instructing indoor cycling was the way to do it.
When she's not instructing, you can find her teaching fourth graders, walking my pup, hanging down the shore, and cheering on all the Philly sports teams!
